Account information: your email address, name and password (stored only as a secure hash), which you provide when registering.

Design inputs: product descriptions and any reference photos you upload, plus the engineering packages, 3D models and documents generated from them.

Billing information: paid plans are processed by our payment provider. We never receive or store your full card number — only purchase records (plan, amount, date) needed to manage your membership.

Usage information: basic analytics about how the app is used, such as which features are visited, to improve the Service.

To create and secure your account, to generate your engineering packages, to process payments and manage your plan, to provide support, and to improve and protect the platform. We do not sell your personal information.

Subscriptions are handled by our third-party payment provider. Card details and payment information are collected and processed by the provider under its own privacy policy; we receive only confirmation of payment and the details needed to grant and manage your membership.

The product ideas, photos and edits you submit are processed by AI models to generate your design packages. Treat anything you upload accordingly, and only submit content you have the rights to use.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the platform (hosting, payments, AI processing and email delivery), each bound to process data only on our instructions, or when required by law.

We keep your designs while your account is active so you can access them. You can delete projects at any time from the studio, and you can request account deletion by contacting support, after which stored data is removed except where we must retain it for legal, accounting or security reasons.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences, and analytics cookies to understand feature usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Contact support and we will help you exercise them.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EEA/UK), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and the "Last updated" date above will change.
